Energy Profiler incorporating Wellness to feel that Spark Within you truly desire.  

I help Transform the Professional Woman’s Relationship with themselves, to understand, recognise and manage their energy levels, to  reduce the risk of burnout  burnout and feel that Spark in Life. 

Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to be employed in many settings, including Childcare, Aged Care and the Disabilities Sector.  I myself experienced Burn out and never truly understood the reasons behind this until I became an accredited practitioner in Extended DISC®. 

This has now led me to a path of becoming a woman in business, managing my own energy levels, ensuring my daily activities of productivity are aligned with my Captain Energies and Values. 

Through the exploration of an individuals Strengths, Motivators, Core drivers and Values, we can create more energy and minimises the amount of overwhelm, stress, fear and anxiety that could easily occur.

Throughout the Journey of understanding that Relationships, Finances and Wellness are a part of the foundations in life, I encompass my own Signature System, exploring Energy, Empowerment and Expansion to ensure the Professional woman has the relationship with herself to Ignite that Spark in life.   

I get the pleasure to transform the relationship she has with herself, to maximise her true potential, knowing she has more to contribute in this world. She will not only understand how to manage her energy, she will also be able to understand those around her and transform the relationship she has with the world around her.  

Having gone through the Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual Health challenges, I chose to become accredited in the Professional Development space to contirbute to others worlds once I had my own transformation. 

Having completed the training myself, I now have a set of techniques and use tools daily to contribute to not only my own emotional intelligence but also the individuals I am involved with. I transform the relationship they have with their Energy, to feel Empowered and Expand in their world, to have the confidence, self esteem and worth they deserve.

Completing this instrument allows you to have a deeper meaning towards your innate energies. It may lead you to become more aware of why you maybe allowing behaviours to occur, why you may not be keeping up with your business or home obligations, why you never understand some acquaintances or friends and in turn your Health is deteriorating. 

I believe when we know our Energetic/Behavioural styles, we gain powerful insights into our life processes. It can actually change how we see the world and how we participate within it to become the best versions of ourselves.
